Created for intermediate to advanced participants, this hands-on session introduces signature cocktails inspired by Mediterranean flavours, with a focus on herbal, aromatic, and citrus-forward profiles. Guests are guided through each step, discovering how carefully selected ingredients bring balance, depth, and character to every drink.

The experience includes a guided garden tour, two crafted cocktails or mocktails, a recipe booklet, and a certificate.
